Enjoy a beautiful escape to our completely remodeled vacation home bordering Washoe State Park in South Lake Tahoe. Our luxurious cabin includes 2 king bedrooms; a master suite with a 2-person soaking tub and a double shower, the other with its own private deck. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. There is also an air mattress available for extra sleepers if necessary.

The home has a gas fireplace, 10 person kitchen table, 270-degree wraparound deck, open concept kitchen with additional seating, gas BBQ grill, full size washer and dryer, furnace/AC, and two outdoor firepits. There are puzzles, games, Wi-Fi, TV with all the streaming apps, and amenities such as sleds, weights, electric bikes, and other items available for guest use.

The Washoe Meadows Retreat is available for $500 a night. You can reserve your booking for $250, which is fully refundable if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your stay. Please let us know what dates you’d like to book.
Conveniently Located
Some of our favorite activities are hiking, biking or snowshoeing on the many trails that connect directly to our road. Hike up the ridge to spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake. Hop on the bike path to breweries, restaurants, the Y and Lake Tahoe just 15 minutes away. Float the Truckee river on tubes and paddleboards just down the street. There is a golf course just 3 minutes away, and Heavenly Ski Resort is an 8-minute drive from the garage.

Rates & Payment
$500 a night
Reserve your booking for a $250 deposit, fully refundable if canceled at least 2 weeks before your stay. Payments accepted online through Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Keyless Entry
No need to pick up a key! After you send full payment, we’ll provide you with the keyless door code.

We love our little “home away from home” oasis and want to share this beautiful spot with those who will also love, respect, and treat it like their own home. Because this is actually our home and newly remodeled, everything is brand new at this time, and we are hoping to keep it that way. Stay With Us
There are no Airbnb charges, taxes, or other hidden fees that you need to pay. We don’t require a cleaning fee, but do ask that you clean and leave the house in the condition you find it. If you’d like to have cleaning services included, we can work something out to accommodate you.
